Korean Ssamjang
The essential Korean BBQ dipping sauce: a rich, spicy, savory paste of fermented soybeans and chili paste. Use with grilled meat in lettuce wraps.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Combine doenjang and gochujang in a small bowl.

Mix in sesame oil and honey until smooth.

Stir in minced garlic and chopped scallions.
