Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken wings, split
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sauce: 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's), 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks

Instructions

    Pat wings very dry. Toss with baking powder and salt.

    Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 45-50 minutes, flipping once, until deep golden and crispy.
