French Crêpes
Paper-thin French pancakes that can be filled with anything sweet or savory. The most versatile breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for the pan
Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth (or blend). Let rest 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brush lightly with butter.

Pour about 3 tbsp of batter, immediately tilting the pan in a circular motion to spread thinly.

Cook 1 minute until edges lift, then flip and cook 30 seconds more.

Stack with parchment between. Fill with Nutella, jam, lemon and sugar, ham and cheese, or anything you like.
