Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • Spices: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp oregano
  • Topping: 6 cups fresh corn kernels, 1/2 cup milk, 4 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, fresh basil
