Venezuelan Arepas Reina Pepiada
Venezuela's most beloved arepa filling: creamy chicken-avocado salad named after a beauty queen.
Ingredients
- 6 arepas (cooked)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- Lime juice, salt, pepper
