Indian Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen, or canned Alphonso pulp)
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Pinch of saffron (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

    Combine mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom in a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy.

    Taste and add more sugar if needed.
