Indian Raita
A cooling yogurt sauce with cucumber, mint, and cumin. The perfect counterpoint to spicy Indian dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of cayenne

Whisk yogurt until smooth.

Stir in grated cucumber, mint, and cilantro.
